General Description:
Masteron 200 is a steroid highly valued by competitive bodybuilders. The popularity of this steroid is due to the extraordinary characteristics of its included substance. Drostanolone propionate is a synthetic derivative of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) as such; this causes Drostanolone Propionate not to aromatize in any dosage and cannot be converted into estrogens. Since Masteron steroids is a predominantly androgenic steroid, the athlete can increase his androgen level without also risking an increase in his estrogen level. This results in a dramatically improved hardness and sharpness of the muscles. However it is worth noting that if the body fat of the athlete is not already low then Masteron 200 will not be as effective.

How to Use Masteron Steroids:
Drostanolone Propionate, due to its short ester, should be injected frequently. This usually is three times per week or every other day. The usual dosage is 100mgs per injection. Many athletes will only use Masteron 200 in the final weeks coming to a contest to give their muscles that final pop and hardness required for competitive bodybuilding. Drostanolone Propionate is a stronger androgen than it appears on paper and this could cause increased aggression. Higher androgens also produce that "hard" look prized by competitive Bodybuilders and as we all know, androgens also promote fat loss. Usual doses are in the region of 300mgs per week to 500 mgs per week.

Masteron Side Effects:
Masteron 200 is not hepatoxic so liver damage is unlikely. High blood pressure and gynecomastia are not a problem since neither water nor salt retention occurs and the estrogen level remains low. The main problem is acne and a possible hair loss since DHT is highly affinitive to the skin's androgen receptors. Masteron steroids are usually only used for a short period and most users report no problems with the mentioned side effects. Doses for women should be kept low to avoid any virilization occurring.
